We developed an application that aims to prevent accidents and was the big winner of the challenge on occupational safety in agribusiness promoted by HackatAgro, one of the largest hacktons in Brazil that values the digitalization of the agribusiness sector in Brazil.
The hackathon was sponsored by Banrisul and supported by Syngenta, SLC Agrícola, Cotrijal, Instituto Caldeia and Senac units in São Paulo and Rio Grande do Sul.

It is one of the main sources of employment and income for many families and the development of rural communities.

Application developed by residents of Jales wins competition on occupational safety in agriculture
The winning project proposed an APP that provides information on risk and accident alerts, legislation, symptoms and features such as a tab for sending documents and GPS. The target audience is made up of occupational safety companies, rural properties, agribusinesses, cooperatives, rural associations, employees and producers.

Agribusiness Technologist Gives Show on Entrepreneurship
José Eduardo Soler dos Santos, a Technologist in Agribusiness from Fatec Prof. José Camargo - Fatec Jales, gave a show about entrepreneurship and startups on March 7th. On that date, he gave a lecture to high school students from EE “Dom Artur Horsthuis”, in Jales/SP, who chose to study the subject as part of their training itinerary. José Eduardo spoke masterfully about the subject, since he has a great deal of experience in the area, such as that provided by his academic background, focused on the management of agribusiness companies.
Agribusiness student participates in event
José Eduardo Soler dos Santos, a student of the Agribusiness Technology course, took a break from his student activities to participate in an event. He attended the Agrotalento Beef Point, which is about agribusiness, and gave his testimony to a large audience about the course he took. The event took place from November 1st to 3rd, in Ribeirão Preto.
